Decolonizing Tobacco Through Policy

Join the ANHE Practice Work Group for a special webinar on smoke free initiatives in tribal communities that take into account the use of traditional tobacco among tribal members.

We will learn about the importance of reclaiming traditional tobacco and highlight successful smoke-free initiatives in Wisconsin tribal communities, including an outdoor cultural event center and a Ho-Chunk gaming casino that have implemented smoke-free policies

Speaker: Clinton Isham is an enrolled member of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Anishinabe. He works at the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council as the Program Director for the Wisconsin Native American Tobacco Network.
