From Phoenix to Miami — and everywhere in between — access to clean water is vital to healthy lives. As the climate crisis continues (and worsens) we need a government that protects our most precious resources — and our health. Though the challenges vary from state to state, it’s clear that clean water is too difficult to access, especially during COVID-19. Flooding and rising sea levels have made pollution and unsafe water more prevalent than ever, expanding offshore drilling will only make climate change worse, and rollbacks on federal Clean Water Act protections puts public health at risk. Across the nation, nurses are sharing what you can do to ensure the health of people everywhere!
