Earlier this year, Annie Fox joined ANHE in Philadelphia to speak about the health consequences of weakening environmental protections and what these decisions mean for communities already facing disproportionate pollution burdens.

As Annie noted, EPA’s move to remove the “cost of human life” from environmental cost-benefit analyses raises urgent concerns about whose health is prioritized and how we protect community well-being over the long term.

Nurses know that protecting health means holding c

Nurses know that protecting health means holding chemical manufacturers accountable when their products cause harm.

ANHE strongly opposes the Supreme Court’s decision in Monsanto v. Durnell, which limits the ability of people harmed by pesticides to sue manufacturers for failing to warn about health risks. This ruling puts patients, families, farmworkers, and communities at greater risk while shielding pesticide manufacturers from accountability.

We will continue to stand with the science, defend health protections, and advocate for the communities most impacted by toxic exposures.
