ANHE’s is taking our show on the (virtual) road!
ANHE is planning a Fall Campaign around State-Based Advocacy. As part of this effort, we are planning a Regional Forum Road Show which will take place on Wednesdays from August 12-December 2, 2026.
Each workshop in this series will begin with an overview of the legislative process and why it is imperative that nurses are at the table! Then our Regional Forum Organizers and other state-level advocates will help prepare us for future nurse involvement focusing on 1-2 states in each region. Forums will highlight state and local advocacy opportunities around climate, extreme heat and include potential advocacy opportunities regarding toxic chemicals such as paraquat and PFAS.
If you aren’t familiar with ANHE’s Regional Forums, the forums are places to connect with ANHE members in your geographic region and get engaged more locally.
