Description: This nursing continuing nursing professional development activity will discuss two courses focused on engaging international faculty and students to learn about climate change. One course focuses on specifically nursing and the other course uses an interdisciplinary approach.
Objectives:
- Describe the use of COIL (cooperative on-line international learning to support climate change education in nursing.
- Identify one environmental health concept that could be developed into a COIL.
- Identify sources or methods of engaging international partners in a COIL.
