Health experts letter to EPA on Chemical Disaster Rule

Over 300 health and healthcare professionals from across the country are telling the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) we must strengthen the Risk Management Plan (RMP) rule and protect people’s health. EPA is working on their chemical disaster rule – the RMP. This safeguard is meant to protect frontline communities, workers, and first responders, but it falls short in many ways and is in need of strong, health-protective updates.
