Policy/Advocacy Work Group – November Call

The Policy and Advocacy Workgroup will have a post-election debrief and next steps call on November 5 at 3pm ET. Beginning with our December meeting, we will be be holding a series of meetings touching on policies and actions aimed at addressing the health impacts of climate change and nurses’ roles. Topics may include climate justice, air quality impacts from transportation, impacts on water quality/quantity, energy efficiency and renewable energy etc.  Each month we’ll have a short presentation and plenty of time for discussion and action items for participants.
