Webinar Series in honor of Children’s Environmental Health Month: Part 1

Join us on October 12, 2021 at 12pm ET as ANHE hosts a special webinar with the Mid-Atlantic Center for Children’s Health and the Environment (MACCHE) in honor of Children’s Environmental Health Month. ANHE Executive Director, Katie Huffling, and Laura Anderko, co-director of MACCHE, will be discussing issues related to indoor air quality and schools and how nurses can make a positive difference by reducing exposures in the classroom. Hope you can join us for this informative and engaging discussion!

By the end of the presentation participants will be able to:

  • Describe at least three indoor air quality issues commonly found in schools
  • State health issues related to the use of disinfectants in the classroom
  • Identify opportunities for nursing collaboration to improve indoor air quality in schools
